Refund Policy

Local delivered flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our goods (flower orders) any complaints or refunds will be dealt with on an individual basis if, we have been made aware of this within 24 hours or receiving the goods.

Please telephone or email us with any problems you may have experienced. Daffodils Florist will issue a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned goods.

National or International orders sent to Daffodils Florist via a relay system will be subject to a relay systems own complaints procedure.

Were products are being returned to us we advice you to return them to the shop. If you have difficulties returning the product please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time and we will be happy to help where we can.
